RAISING AWARENESS
We have begun our efforts to raise awareness of Testicular Cancer by giving
lectures at schools and colleges. If you would like our participation at your
educational institute, please let us know.
June 19th and June 28th, 2000 – David Ollendike appeared on the New
York State Senator Kemp Hannon’s Capitol Commentary Long Island cable television
show. David, Patricia Dolan, RN and Dr. D’Esposito spoke on health
issues,Testicular Cancer and Costa’s Cure.
May 25, 2000 - David Ollendike spoke to the entire Senior class at
Garden City High School about pressing health issues, breast cancer and
testicular cancer. New York State Senator Kemp Hannon was present and he
also spoke to the students on particular health issues. This was the 3rd Annual
Health seminar conducted by David at Garden City High School.
Dec. 17, 1999 - Dave Ollendike conducted a lecture to the students at
Sayville High School regarding their health and testicular cancer.
May 1999 - David Ollendike addressed the senior boys at Garden City
High School on the facts about Testicular Cancer.
September 1999, onwards - Evy Migadakis, has been giving lectures on
Testicular Cancer monthly to the students of Tufts School of Dental Medicine.
